Precious's father Gailey Turyahebwa is addressing the community in Kifumbira, Kamwokya, Uganda, on the Women, Children and Human Rights amidst HIV/AIDS.

Gailey trains a team of young girls in Netball, after vocational training class. Girls have been at risk of HIV/AIDS, and lost both of their parents – complete orphans. A brass band was there, hired for the function.

Vulnerable children can be seen in active participation – most of them are HIV/AIDS orphans and single parents!

Gailey ran a free school in a Catholic church building in Kamwokya when Ewan McVicar visited from Scotland 30 years ago. The two became firm friends and participated in various projects - including The Bird Exchange of artistic bird images between schools in Scotland and Uganda, and support for Gailey's community work in his home area in south-east Uganda.
Gailey visited Scotland one year to take a key part in the Scottish International Storytelling Festival.
